  • Anti-Shock

    Anti-Shock monitors hoist torque feedback to automatically decelerate the hoist if a high torque value is detected. This can help reduce wear on the hoist by reducing the impact of shock loading.


  • Anti-Collision

    Anti-Collision uses bridge position feedback to prevent multiple cranes from colliding as they travel along the same runway. This feature is critical to protect machinery and enhance personnel safety.


  • Sway Control

    Sway Control utilizes hoist position feedback to control the acceleration and deceleration of the bridge and trolley to minimize load sway. This feature can drastically reduce cycle time as the crane operator does not have to wait for the load to stop swinging once traversing motion is complete.


  • Micro Speed

    Micro Speed allows for precise motion control as the overall speed scale is reduced to a configurable maximum speed. The crane operator can enable this feature when precision load positioning is required for any crane axis.


  • Anti-Snag

    Anti-Snag utilizes tilt sensor feedback to stop traversing operation when the hoist experiences excessive tilt. This feature can help prevent the crane from inadvertently snagging a hook or a load against an obstacle.


  • Exclusion Zones

    Exclusion Zones utilize position feedback to inhibit the crane from entering undesirable, pre-programmed boundaries. This feature can prevent unwanted contact and potential damage between the crane and obstacles on the ground.


  • Slack Cable Detection

    Slack Cable Detection monitors hoist torque feedback to automatically decelerate the hoist if a low torque value is detected while running at a constant speed.


  • Semi-Auto

    Semi-Auto utilizes position feedback to move any crane axis to a pre-programmed position. The bridge and trolley can be synchronized to travel in a straight line with anti-sway enabled for maximum traversing efficiency. This feature significantly lowers cycle times for repetitive duties, speeding up processes while reducing effort.


  • Load Monitor

    Load Monitor uses load cell feedback to capture and record the live weight of the hoist. This feature can be used to set limits to inhibit the hoist from being raised in an overload condition. This data is stored into a historical trend which can be useful to review in the event of a failure.


  • Drive Monitor

    Drive Monitor uses feedback from each Variable Frequency Drive to capture and record the live output current and speed. This data is stored into a historical trend which can be useful to review in the event of a failure.


  • Hook Centering

    Hook Centering utilizes tilt sensor feedback to automatically to move the bridge or trolley while performing a lift. This feature can help prevent side loading.


  • Extended Speed Range

    Extended Speed Range monitors hoist torque feedback to automatically accelerate the hoist to a variable maximum speed depending upon the size of the load detected. Variable hoisting speeds increase precision at slower speeds for accurate positioning of a heavy load and decrease cycle times at higher speeds to maximize efficiency with little to no load.
